I LOVE reading posts like this and seeing the transformation. I always think a house is an ongoing project and as soon as one room is finished it's time to tackle the next one, but I love that about living in a house that's your own to tinker with. xx
Oh blimey I KNOW! I've only found recently that it gets easier. Those early days a couple of years ago were hard. Don't get me wrong, it is still hard sometimes but a huge amount easier than when they were babies!

This is such a great post Katie - and I can relate to so much of it! I'm still breastfeeding Effie who will turn 3 in October. It wasn't really a choice as such to go this long and, if I'm honest, there are days when I'm very much over it. But, for us, it's just sort of happened this way without much planning. Breastfeeding wasn't hard for us, as such, in that we never had issues over nipple latch etc. But it IS emotionally and physically tough, especially when you're sleep deprived and so drained of energy some days. This is what I found anyway!
