Your buns look perfect and what a great combo with the pulled chicken. Like you I almost never buy store made buns or bread for that matter.

Great recipe. I shall have to give this a try for sure. I have added yogurt to one of my sourdough recipes so I love the idea of adding it to this recipe.

Your bread sounds great....funny thing...I actually have a sour dough bacon semolina bread with chedar cheese in the oven right now...I hope it comes out as good as yours!
