I am soooo jealous! I wish my yard would support such bounteous gardening, but as it is, I rely on my mother's garden, and even though she is an avid gardener, we don't have the kind of harvest you're describing. Then again we do live in New Mexico where it's such a desert even the cactus can barely survive and we're supplying 3 full size families from her garden harvest, so what we get is pretty abundant under the circumstances.

Awesome! I've been hoarding veggie scraps in my freezer forever & I need to use them in broth soon, but I never have made any since I didn't know for sure what to do to make it.
