My father was the youngest of 3. His father left when he was 12. He and his mom supported the family then he provided for and loved our family never following one of his father's footsteps. Even now at 71 he tries to do for us and his grandchildren. We were never rich but never went without a need.

I'm logged in as mom2grandma for some reason which is gonna mess up my entries for today. This is Gladys Parker usually signed in as sueparks2003. Any way I have read from the top down and you have won some quite interesting awards. I take it you have a second baby coming soon, I'd luv to enter in to your baby shower if you haven't already had one. I have 4 children 18 to 29 so babies are a definite! My daughter has my only grandchildren yet. Her and her husband live in the beautiful country and have a 1 yr old, just turned 4 and just turned 6 yr old which are the love of my life. Oh, I am suppose to be commenting to you - Congratulations on all your Blogger Awards!
