I would feel so claustrophobic if it was me. I grew up on 25 acres and the home I bought that's on half an acre is the top of my limit. I need my space from neighbors.

How does Seattle compare to Charleston? I live in NC, but have been to Vancouver Island, which is in that general area, and always thought Washington must be beautiful.
