I wish I was more knowledgable about the European economy. I have tried to keep up with the status of the Euro as this has all unfolded, but to be honest, I have not done my best to educate myself. I would say however, that when the Euro was introduced, I was very fond of the idea and it definitely made traveling through out Europe much easier, but I can see where it is creating the issues.

I sincerely hope that this is the break through that is needed. It is a shame that so many people worldwide have to suffer from something that is so difficult to diagnose in time and treat. The number of lives that are lost due to cancer is tragically high and I hope they are able to find a cure or a way to better diagnose/treat cancer before we have to lose too many more loved ones.

I've actually noticed for a lot of local small businesses, that instead of competing, they are collaborating together and supporting each other to promote themselves. I think that is a very interesting trend.

I didn't even think about dressing my phone up for the 4th. I was so busy worried about my outfit that I forgot I could add in other fun accessories to help me celebrate. I will definitely keep holiday wallpapers in mind in the future.
I definitely agree the amount of business owners working together along those lines will continue to increase. It is a changing world and if you don't keep up, you will be left behind. Adapting to and adjusting with social media is just one of the many ways we are changing the structure of organizations but I think it is a really cool way.

I believe with anything you do, you should ask for the opinions of others. Sometimes we get so focused on our own visions that we narrow down what we see and neglect the big picture. Other times our ideas are good but could be better and just need some tweeking from an outside perspective. It is very similar to writing. We can spend so much time reading and re-reading our material trying to edit it, but we will most likely end up still missing mistakes because we have become so familiar with the text. In this case, it is best to give it to a fresh pair of eyes who can pick up on the mistakes

Great article. I think the leadership role should differ based on the type of individuals that leader is leading and the environment and accomplishments that leader is trying to achieve. In some areas, it is necessary to be compassionate and sympathetic but there needs to be times to put your foot down before the individuals underneath you are beginning to walk over you.

I had plenty of e-vampires growing up and I never understood why I felt the way I did around them until later in life when I learned the difference between a good friend and a "friend" like your daughter has.
I absolutely adore this post! I know a girl who is all five of these--should that even be possible? I can't even begin to explain the way she makes me feel and it's really starting to affect me and the other people I have relationships with. I tried to explain this to my boyfriend the other day, but maybe now that I am sending him this post he will get it. I refer to her as emotionally abusive because nobody should ever make you feel so lacking in confidence, insufficient, or just outright depressed.
