I have never had jumbo dogs, but I have known a few Irish Wolfhounds from the dog park and they have been pretty chill. Especially given my corgi was almost always without fail trying and failing to get a good butt sniff in. I would definitely google some stuff about Irish Wolfhounds to see what their temperaments are usually like or if there is any training things you should look out for. I've used dogtime.com/dogbreeds before and it's pretty good.

Penny Dreadful is a beautiful gift. Is anyone else hoping that D is actually nice and it was all a big misunderstanding because I am terrible and kind of hoping for that.
