Melanie, I can so feel your heart, twisting and trying to follow where God leads you. In the past, and presently. I loved this line, "But my thoughts have already marched down a path and I’d just like Him to come along. He blocks my marching." My thoughts march right down that line far too often and I am blocked, thankfully. I am praying God strengthens many through this gorgeously honest piece of writing.
This line here, " I live fully in each moment, staying there until that moment is done..." is so beautiful. Thank for sharing a bit of your heart with us today!
