Trying to glean some comfort from Dune and it's almost working?

UGH though, this has been the most place-iest place I have ever wanted to be. But knowing that everyone is still out in the world and accessible eases the pain a little!

thanks! i've looked there before, and the objective data is great, but tbh, most of the time I find the forums depressing? they seem to be 20% useful information, 80% cranks :(

hmmmm well I'm thinking of a specific town in Georgia, and unfortunately I know no one from there, though I did just message some cousins that grew up in Atlanta for their thoughts. And frankly, I don't know that I have specific info? I've spent the last two years in a place where I have been just miserable, so really I'm trying to figure out if I'll be happy there haha. Which is a big question to answer with walkability indexes and recycling policies and whether or not guns are allowed on college campuses, but...

it doesn't appear to have a facebook group, and I haven't made my way into the slack yet (maybe tonight?).

and good call on the other stuff! I've tried to branch out a bit and look at things like meetup and walkscore, but being even more specific would be good!
