Adult acne- bah its so evil!! Fascinating re Jojoba oil and since the Dermalogica face mapping I really want to try precleanse as part of my skincare, Ive been afraid of oils up until then. The contraceptive pill really helped my acne in my early twenties but since coming off it in Jan my skin has gone back to my 19 year old self. Its like it just had it on pause and the same problems have come back. BOO!

Another great post Sarah!! Got me thinking , when I used to do waxing one side of the body was always sorer (think it was left) something to do with the heart and blood supply coming from that same side of heart as body. With this in mind , I wonder does one hand/foot get more efficient blood supply/grow quicker.

Ive heard this makes an awesome topcoat & really seals polishes.

Agree re formaledyde though, am really veering towards "3 free" nail stuff atm.
