Thanks for writing this article, some great takeaways here. When looking at the free stuff, my motto is to always over deliver rather than just offer free stuff for the sake of it. My over delivering I noticed my opt i rates increase considerably.

There is an element of smoking mirrors here by Google On the one hand Matt Cutts has on numerous video spelt out the end of guest posting however in my experiences the visibility of this only pertaining to high profile markets, However in the local markets to some extent this is not the case.
