Oh, I so agree with you about the beginning. It was a slow start and wondering when things would pick up but WOW it got so I could not put this book down and when I did I was thinking about the characters ALL the time. And poor Lorena - she is certainly in a tough spot. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE Gus.

I used to read Stephen King in high school but I haven't picked it up yet. Horror is one genre that has yet to appeal to me unfortunately.

I've never re-read a book before. But there are some books that I read in high school that I no longer remember that I would like to re-read. I can see the value of it but don't think I could do it for a book which I've just recently read.
