For a young reader, this book is very good. I know some grown-up persnickety princesses, and it would have done them a lot of good to have a bit of adventure. Good luck on the giveaway!

BRAVO to you. I did my bit of screaming when my daughter was young, and it did nothing but get me upset and frazzled. Finding a way to get a handle on this, which might mean leaving something undone, getting a bit more sleep, or just finding a few moments of "me" time, if its singing in the shower with the music turned up loud and the door locked.

The 12 steppers suggest the word HALT: Don't let yourself get too Hungry, Angry, Lonely or Tired.
