This post resonated deeply with me. Especially the last reality. Over the past few years, I have been leading or been instrumental in major changes both for my teams and the organizations I have worked at. I already saw one of the most significant things I had built disintegrate. And now I am about to see an even bigger change effort be dismantled. I have to be honest, it makes you wonder at times if it is even worth it. But then I try to think that at least a few of the benefits created through the change will remain. So I pick myself up and go on.
