That's a great post. I've challenged my Small Group to set individual goals for 2011 and this series is really helping me to direct the girls (and me as well) into thinking about priorities and discipline. We have also included the category "Ministry", encouraging each other to volunteer at our church. Thanks!

All I have to say about suggestion #2 is that at the last baptism of my church at least 40 people in the audience brought their vuvuzelas! Amazing! Vuvuzelas for Christ! Ok, so my church is in Brazil (and we do stop our jobs to watch the games), but I really do recommend it for all churches worldwide!
