You seem to have had an amazing experience, Kala. I love shopping, but in my state sales are scarce and so I haven't come across experiences of this sort. But yes, I have seen them in movies and I can very well imagine the fun you had :)
This rings a bells, Kala. My mother never used to push me into eating something, even though she would nudge me slightly , listing the good thngs abot a particular food item. I was reminded of my childhood as I read this post :)
