I know what you mean about being worried about being disappointed, I tend to way overplay and then worry about silly things going wrong with most big events. Then I just remember to make the most of whatever happens and know that I'm surrounded by the people I love the most and it always ends up being so fun when I relax and let go on the day of. I know your wedding is going to be so wonderful! And these waffles look amazing!! So jealous you got a waffle maker! On my wish list for sure!

Great idea to freeze it in the ice cubes! I freeze it but in a ziplock bag and it always clumps together and is hard to break apart for just a little bit! Definitely going to have to use this tip!
