Oh my gosh, your last question had me tearing up, too. What a great set of questions from Stephanie! So, if I answered one, I'd say that all of my kids got my glowing personality. None of them really look like me (why IS that?), but they are all pretty awesome. I'm taking the credit. :)

I love seeing your handwriting and thought process -- I have this weird thing about people's handwriting. I think it somehow tells me more about them.
And I love that your anniversary is 6/23 -- it's the day after my birthday. Great time of year!

Do you remember Little Critter? I LOVE him! My favorites were Babysitters Club and RLStine/Christopher Pike - but those aren't really "children's books." My mom had us reading the Mother Goose rhymes, and I try to make sure my kids know those -- I'm afraid we're going to lose them as a culture if we aren't careful!

It's a little crazy how much we have in common: Babysitter's Club, not watching Bones in a while because we missed it, preferring the Jesus-Easter (which cracks me up as a phrase, btw). So glad we've "met" and hope to meet in the flesh some day!

There's an element of "just enjoy it for what it's worth" that I think some are missing. I cried a little thinking of how tired I am with three kids and little time to myself and then remembering that my mother (and father) and many others before her (them) have done it for years and years without expecting any recognition.
