Oh, I have never tried a spicy bitter melon dish before. Love that it's paired with tomatoes. Great contrast of colours, textures, and flavours. A lovely tasting dish.

Mmm...this stew looks hearty and perfect for a cold day. Love the colours and the fact that it's a vegetarian stew. It's already started snowing here, so having a bowl of this after shoveling would be delightful.

Oh no! Injury? What happened? Hope it's not too bad and that you will heal soon, Tigerfish!
Sweet potato congee? That's one congee I have yet to try. Sounds interesting. So cool that your rice cooker makes congee too! Take good care of yourself.

Even your simple dishes look extravagant. I don't think you could ever do simple, Natasha. Haha. Best of luck with taking on your new schedule, my dear.

I've never heard of this dish before, thank you for introducing it to me. Although I have had Almond Breeze and must say, it's a great product.

I hardly ever use fennel in my cooking. I really need to explore with fennel more. Your fennel and apple gratin looks lovely. How I'd love a piece of that right now.

I never even knew there were different types of okra. I'm used to eating the slimy ones and don't mind them at all. I've never had Chinese okra before but would love to try. Fried shallots can really make any dish come alive, can't it? I love to top my noodle soup with fried shallots. Your dish looks lovely, Tigerfish.

I'm not a big fan of cupcakes either. I find them way too sweet for my liking.
