Wow, how the heck did I miss this post? Given my username, I obviously love Lululemon. I do own workout gear from other companies: Nike, Brooks, Tarjay, etc but Lululemon is my favorite for two reasons. 1) Almost everything they make is extremely flattering and 2) Even though it is expensive, the quality is good and all my gear looks brand new.

Nice work! My training plan for my half added speed work this week so on Tuesday I did 6x400, increasing to 8 mph each time. The first few weren't so bad but by the 4th increase I thought I was going to die at 8 mph. I'm not that fast but am hoping to get there.

Agree that turbo run shorts are totally worth the money. I refused to run in shorts until i purchased a pair. Not sure if you like to wear bright colors but they have a hot pink color out right now and they're coming out with a bright orange color in the near future.
