I don't get when people talk about many hashtags looking spammy. There isn't anything spammy in them if they are relevant. If I search for something, they make my life easier and I'm often happy to have discovered someone. Spammy is for me sending me something against my will or overposting on instagram (cluttering my feed). Hashtags don't do that.
