Great review, girl! I've decided to hold off on this book for now because of the love triangle. If she makes a firm decision in the next book I think I'll give it a try. The story sounds so interesting and we need more historical YA!

I'm so glad you liked this one, Nicole! It's one of my favorites from last year. The setting was so much fun, and the characters like you said were really easy to root for. Can't wait for book #2!

YEEEESSS.
I mean, I love this series for A LOT of reasons, but let's be honest: it's all about the ships for me. Wolf/Scarlet have always been my favorite. I love their dedication and I feel like they've been put through the toughest tests while still coming out the strongest. But Cress and Thorne stole the show for me in Winter; adorable beyond words and holy kissing Batman!

Yes, I was pretty heartbroken after what happened this week. *sigh* I try to stay out of drama, but I never thought it would have blown up like that.

Lots of great books - Piper's Son, Everything Everything, and Vengeance Road are favorites. I have Saint Anything still to read, too!

Gorgeous review, lady! This book sounds wonderful. I really like reading books set in this time period; they always haunt me for days afterward. Have you read Night? SO GOOD.

Sekret is a pretty solid duology! The writing is gorgeous.
I'm excited about the Crown's Game, but I'm still debating if I want to wait to binge read the duology instead. :D
