That is super exciting that you were chosen! While $180 is out of my own price range, I don't think it's an unreasonable amount. In addition to the quality of food and wine provided, the uniqueness of the event... consideration has to be given to the amount of planning, marketing, mobile kitchen, tables, chairs, staff and equipment needed to give a 5-star dining experience outdoors and away from a standard cooking environment.
