I am such a hoarder. My parents say it's genetic. Both my kindle and my bookshelf and my cupboard (with childhood favourites) are absolutely packed. That of course has two problems 1) I never can pick what to read and 2) I can't get rid of the ones I don't like. The struggle is real, Jeann. Anyway, great post! I think we both have the same feelings towards the Blue Bloods series :)

Great review! I really can't decide whether I'm looking to this one or not. I probably am. I mean the concept does sound pretty cool and if it is a good book after all then definitely. And I love a good plot twist.

I think this sounds really, really good. I've never read a book set in Hong Kong before, let alone Kowloon City. Thank you for sharing the pictures though...I could not imagine living there in a million years.
I feel like of all books, maybe faster pacing would be a better idea for this one. Lovely review Joy!!

This sounds so creepy. I've been wanting to read it and now I definitely will. Just when night time is far away though :) I'm not really big on HA thrillers but I guess I'll give it a go anyway. Great review!

That picture of The Ring and the Crown with the teapot is so pretty! And congratulations on getting 300 Instagram followers! Not bad at all :)

Oh no! I had no idea Egmont USA was closing. Do you know what will happen to Hardie Grant Egmont? I'll have to look it up. *sigh*

And happy birthday for 3 days!

I'm actually still torn on this book. I'm not a fan of Fae books usually and I couldn't stand The Coldest a Girl in Coldtown. But...your review is made me kind of want to read it...
Brilliant review by the way! Loved the way it was written :)

I agree with you COMPLETELY. Well, except I apparently like If I Stay more than you did.

Cody did drive me mad, especially from the forum. There were plenty of other ways she could have dealt with her grief, but no she had to go and do that.

I think my favourite thing about the book though was how realistic Gayle Forman's writing is! I think she does an amazing job at adding realism to the story. Fantastic review Joy!!

I swear book mail is the best thing ever. Especially from shops like TBD when they give you a bookmark as well. I'm totally crushed when there isn't one. I'm super curious to see what you think of The Darkest Part of the Forest. I'm not really into fae books but I'm really curious about this one.

A new Layton game?? *faints*
For the 3DS? *faints harder*
I really need to get a 3DS, I love the Layton games to bits. I haven't heard of any of the other games, though. My parents bought me a WiiU for Christmas so I've been playing that a lot recently and I love it!
