Those pics are beautiful! I've never been to Canada, but have always wanted to go. I love the outdoors!

That's awesome that you decided after that 5 mile run to do a full! Addicting, eh? My first marathon was not so memorable....I was actually injured and never ran more than 14-15 miles before doing the full. My friend was flying all the way to Chicago to run it with me, so I figured I would start the race with her and then only run half of it. Well, I was too stubborn to stop, so I ran the whole thing! Don't recommend training that way. Haha....I could barely walk for a week!

I'm not sure I would have been too into that kind of yoga, but give it a chance! I hated my first three yoga classes and then came to love it. The instructor and type of yoga can make a HUGE difference. I hate the hot yoga where you hold a lot of positions for long periods of times, but I love the vinyasa style of yoga where you are constantly flowing from one position to another. I kinda just find this rhythm and forget everything else going on in my life during the class. Are there any Core Power Yoga studios near where you live. Great classes, and they play music during the class which I like.

Came across your blog on SR's post.

I prefer running in the morning, but I have to do some of my runs in the evening, and it has been just so depressing heading out at 6 and it already being completely dark! So, I am definitely happy about daylight savings!
