Ice cream is a killer here too, it's so addictive and then it makes my stomach feel awful for days. I have to avoid it 100% or it does me no good. When I get the urge I have a really cold diet coke, or water with crushed ice and a bit of flavour and it seems to take the edge off.

And don't sweat it, it happens, you recognised it and you've moved on, that is what counts.

Well done on increasing your muscle mass, just think, although you may weigh a teeny bit more at the moment it's going to help you burn calories faster :) Good luck for the last week.

these look gorgeous, do you think I could get away with omitting the egg? My boy can't eat them at all, I find with somethings I can and some things I can't.
