So many special traditions you have! I have always loved Lent, even when all our observance consisted of fish on Fridays, giving something up, and singing certain songs at Mass. I just love following the rhythms of the liturgical year, I guess partly from the nostalgia of all those years in Catholic school!

I would love to have one of those yearbooks! I've been blogging since 2010, and although I don't use mine so much as a chronicle, there are some important events in there that are fun to look back on. I think that's a great reason for blogging and I love your tips.

I love your skirt! And I'm all nostalgic over your nacho snack. My mother used to make that all the time! Usually it was black beans or sometimes pinto beans. My friends thought it was the best thing ever.

What a fun idea! At my book club we sometimes have drinks that relate to the book in some way. You made the movie sound good too. I have three grown up kids who I am hoping to launch before they turn 30!!

I love this chance to go back and see what I've missed!

I also found it easier to nurse toddlers and preschoolers than to stop nursing them. WAY easier. My youngest was past four when we stopped. How much past four I can't even remember.
