Love Harry Potter and Wrinkle in Time! One of my favorite "new" authors is David Eddings. The Belgariad and Mallorean series are amazing (they kinda go hand in hand), as is The Redemption of Althalus.

This is a great guide! I usually scope out the menu online and will sometimes call to see if they can make any dishes vegan-friendly. A local Italian place is fantastic about substitutions for me!

I love your blog! It's so upbeat and you always make such yummy looking lunches and goodies! Those mix in choices would definitely be pecans, chocolate chips and dried blueberries or cherries. Of course I would be perfectly happy telling you to throw in whatever you felt like! =)

I haven't tried chickpea flour yet but I love Chipotle burritos! I also love El Burrito Loco's burritos and they're right down the street from me!! Chipotle is at least an hour away =(

That dinner looks fabulous!! I've never been to Roanoke, IN but I'll have to put it on my radar.

I haven't really found a "new favorite" place to eat since I started eating differently. Eventually I think I'm going to be incorporating fish again and sushi has always been a favorite! And I love, love, LOVE Indian or anything different and ethnic. Lol aaaaanyway..
