Ugh - I'm so sorry! I had no idea this was a new rule. I can understand them wanting to give teams extra motivation to predict an accurate time (instead of sandbagging, etc) but with all the teams that are trying to gain entry to HTC every year, that just doesn't seem fair.

Luckily you have awhile to think up an application for Nuun 2013. And I will agree with everyone else and put in a plug for Ragnar (or another company) -- there are so many cool relays all over the country!
