I felt the same way coming home from BlogHer last year.... you're right, we need to prioritize, and we can't let the social media stuff especially suck up all our valuable time. I'm glad you had a good experience at the conference!

Absolutely "the adventure is not over!" I am finding I am so much more confident as I get older…. Yes, it's shocking to be approaching 40, but there's also so much awesomeness to be had!

My dad always says we have it totally backwards - we should send kids away for high school, when they're absolutely vile, and then let them live at home during college when they have actually turned into decent human beings who appreciate their parents.

I was thinking about this prompt and the first thing that came to mind were house improvements... how boring! I remember in my 20s listening to my colleagues talk about bathroom tiles or viking ranges and being so bored with it... funny how our priorities change. Great list!
