I'll gladly give you her name, but she (like me) is in Seattle.

Same. Same. Who else does this?

Also, this poem would work really well for Kylo Ren, if he had someone to send it to.

This is so beautiful and perfect that I had to transcribe into Microsoft Word: first the original version, then page break, then your version. With special fonts and things. I might even need to make a PDF of it. That way, it's saved on my hard drive as well as in my heart.

Byronland, one of the greatest and most questionable adults-only amusement parks of the century!

I recommend trying other ADHD medications - something else might work better for you. Ritalin wasn't that great for me, but Vyvanse is WONDERFUL.

I was diagnosed at AGE 50, after a lifetime of "not performing up to abilities" as the report cards said. I was smart, 99th percentile in everything, but was hardly ever able to apply it to anything useful. I don't think anybody in the 60s, in FLORIDA, had ever heard of ADHD!

I've been getting meds for depression and anxiety forever, and when I asked my shrink about it, he REFUSED to believe I could have any such thing as ADHD. I actually went behind his back and got tested by a neuropsychologist, and I'm so glad I did! Taking my Vyvanse in the morning is like putting on my glasses. I also found out I have Asperger's, which runs in my family. (My old shrink said if I had that, I'd be in an institution.) (My old shrink is SO FIRED.)

I am SO GLAD you, and so many others, are finding out about this stuff earlier in life! I feel like I wasted a lot of time - fortunately, my immaturity keeps me youthful. :-)
