Well well well. I'll definitely crib less about my job now. Well, my job in not bad, but believe me, sitting in front of the computer day in and out doing the same work can be very inane. For a change, I wouldn't mind fishing for golf balls, testing furniture (and read too!) or to be the repo man (unless it is the mob i have to collect the plane from. in that case, i'll call in sick.) for short duration of time but then they'll get inane and mundane too.

My pity to the guy who has to shag the animals. Thats bad. Very bad.

Wife: 'Honey, How was your day?'
Man: 'Ah! It was very productive. I shagged 17 horses today.'

Imagine if someone overheard this conversation. And people determining the sex of small chicken? What if someone is peering very close and they pee? I bet something like this must have happened. I am sympathetic, but at the end of the day, more often than not, a job is a job which one does to pay the bill.

And it always sucks.

All entries mythical. I was expecting real creatures here. Still, a good list.

And Jamie, can you tell us more about the author?

Wow. You guys must have been awed from the stories you guys heard about her as kids, right? Must have been amazing.

Well said mom. I remember I read somewhere that George Washington (I hope I'm correct) said 'Lighthouses are more useful than churches'. Sadly, over the last couple of decades, the American policy makers and presidents have taken pride in being a Christian Nation. Before people start making hate comments here, I want to specify that I'm saying this only because the context you spoke of is America-centric. (People are so touchy, aren't they?)

We all knows its trend thats catching over the globe. Take any religion and any state. There are hardcore activists. Some in power, some not.

Frankly, it doesn't. And thats why I read a lot, in an effort to rectify the mistake. (Well, I have read parts of Bible, Koran and the Hindu Mahabharat, Ramayana as well, but ya. I didn't absorb much.) Well, thats judgmental, saying I won't get your explanation. Last time around you caught up on a phrase and well, said what you had to say. I have always tried to be respectful even if I don't agree with what people are saying. Try me. I am in the listverse forum. Send me a message. My id is the same there too.

And I'm having a pretty ordinary day. Good day to you too.

Nice list, but no. 5 seems a bit off. I mean if we are talking about the colour of hair then why not other physical attributes as well? Otherwise the list was really good.

I couldn't have agreed more for the first choice. I hope Jillie is not reading this.

Delhi chat is still far far better than what we get down south.
