These grew as weeds in our garden this err... last year and were so incredibly pretty (which is why I love them) that I saved a whole load of seeds to grow them this year (I hope).
I think they are sometimes called a Peony Poppy.

If you can't not say anything back (you are human after all) then point out that there are extreme diets which are healthy and safe when used properly such as the ketongenic diet which is a high fat, low carb diet featured on the Food Hospital http://foodhospital.channel4.com/
Anyway, you might already know this and probably already do it... When using butter for your dumplings (or whatever fat you choose to use) freeze it first then grate it (like cheese) and toss it in a gluten free flour, then use just like boxed suet.

I agree with Master Frugal - I prefer my toads out of their holes too as the Yorkie pud cooks better (in my opinion anyway).

As for portions of fruit and veg I think we manage pretty well - a standard meal "base" for the two of us is onions, peppers, garlic, tomatoes and often pineapple - which typically gets 4 of our 5 a day into one meal. Add in side salads, any veggies served with lunch/dinner and any fruit eaten during the day and we're past our 5 and into bonuses =)
