I am dealing with shin splints right now and it is really stressing me out/bumming me. I have a half marathon in two weeks and a full (my first!) in October. I am trying to decide if I should just scrap the half and spend five weeks rehabbing. If you'd like to follow my training I have a tinyletter tinyletter.com/ebsalge.
