I love the heck out of this post Heather, particularly when it comes to the section about how food companies are faking out our systems with the tastes that we crave minus the nutritional content. Just throws me right back in to Pollan's book about all of the horrible things going on with food systems right now.

As to your mention of evil. I am right with Jim on that, once they have the knowledge that what they are doing is in fact harmful they have a choice to make, and some of them have made that choice.
