this seems like such a weird thing about but there were SO many women in the background, and that made me so happy. women with jobs! women with throwaway lines! women with no lines, walking by and doing things! women in roles that, in most movies, are given to white men by default! like there was an intention on the part of the directory to buck white-man-as-default-extra casting and I loved it.
