What's scary is that the government will let our solidarity and determination to seek justice for Jyoti and safety for ourselves be spent before doing something lukewarm. Short term I feel we should remain united and determined. So much has been suggested - severe punishment for those six grotesque sub humans, sensitising the police force to the victim's plight and more. My condolences to the families who've lost their loved ones at Oak Creek. Don't know if you'll welcome a comment from a non-Sikh. There are always the "other" haters (within our own communities too) but it helps to know that most folks are easy going about differences and your traditional langars are one place to meet with many such people. Unfortunately, in view of the current situation, letting things settle and then holding a langar in safety (in collusion with the police and to start with, by invitation only?) would be an idea worth considering.
I went through your article and guess what? None of the above is true for me except adding keywords and that is just about the limit of my search engine optimisation. I don't say this with satisfaction though. I would like to do a little more than what I do. Perhaps one day... Another thing, I don't believe one has to spew out something every week - write when you really have something to say.
I know it is important and do my best. But haven't boiled down finding the most appropriate keyword or phrase to a science yet.
