YESSSS thank you.

I adore Gaius and totally ID with him. My description on G+ says I'm "Baltaring my way through life" because he works so hard for self-preservation but half the time it seems he has NO EARTHLY IDEA what he is doing and yet things seem to work out for him pretty good and that's kinda me.

Also he's hilarious.

Generally if I see a neat tattoo on someone else, I say "Cool tattoo!" (or a differently-worded compliment) and allow them to either just say "thanks" or to elaborate as they wish. I prefer that response myself, or if people say "Can I ask you what it means?"

What I would LOVE if people would STOP doing? Grabbing me to get a better look at my tattoos. If I want to show you, I will. Don't ever touch a tattooed person without their permission just because you want a better look at their ink.

(Don't ever touch someone without their permission. Period.)

I have friends who work in the restaurant industry, either as servers or cooks, and they have ALL told me: if you have food preferences or sensitivities that aren't technically allergies, say they're allergies anyway. It makes it easier on EVERYONE, because the kitchen staff will *actually pay attention to your request* and you won't have to send your food back 70 times like a picky asshole.

I mean, when I worked as a cook I paid attention to preferences whether or not they were characterized as allergies, but during a rush time it was much easier to make mistakes with preferences than if it said ALLERGY in big letters on the slip. So.

Naw, I wouldn't say Chandler was a Nice Guy. He had issues but they didn't add up to *that*. (He was also my favourite dude; let's self-five ourselves; it seems the Chandler thing to do.)

Ross, however....

It's kind of telling that my first response to this comment was "Who the fuck was Riley?"

I read this one today and then spent all my time reading all the past entries. Cannot stop laughing.

Also it has cured my depression over not having very many female friends because it has reminded me exactly what -some- most of them were like.

Yep, some of my PMs from 2007-2010 appeared on my Timeline, and the rest didn't. Completely random. I've hid all wall posts from those years.

Uh, no, FB PMs did exist before 2010. I remember because I had huge, long, very drawn-out conversations with my ex back in 2008. Via PM. Because we were talking about very private things.

People are not just stupidly not remembering "how Facebook used to work". This is an actual issue. Just because it didn't happen to you, doesn't mean it's not happening.

"Your experience is WRONG because I SAY SO!" <---- that's what you sound like, fyi.
