I've only recently discovered the joys of homemade kale chips. I've never had durian but do love the idea of this fruit/walnut twist - like Johanna a strawberry version would be great!

Oh, yum yum yum. I could eat rice paper rolls constantly I think. Your version looks like the kind I like best - jam packed, tofu filled, and with great flavours :)
