1. The media will certainly ignore whatever it is that might come out.
2. As with everything heretofore, nothing is going to happen, nothing.
Gallups now says they are "shooting for" March. Sounds like maybe not March - maybe not? What?
Sad. Sad.

I'm not seeing any doubt on this issue - NEVER DOUBTED can't be interpreted any other way than NEVER DOUBTED.
I am not a lawyer but those lawyers that refer to the case as precedent do so because she argued that citizenship was the basis of her right to vote and the court had to analyze the citizenship issue to make a decision, and therefore how they came down on citizenship, including NBC is central to their decision and binding on future courts.
I could be wrong, but I'm unaware of any historical precedent (SCOTUS or otherwise) that would support the obot arguments for NBC. There was no naturalization at the time of the ratification, so the suggestion that any citizenship other than parentage or grandfathering would be OK falls apart because there simply wasn't any other kind. In that scenario Barry would have to have been part of the revolution. And, most importantly if you believe that the framers would abide a POTUS that had any foreign allegiance you would have to believe they would have be OK with a Brit when they just fought a war with the British and that's pure nonsense. Of course most obots and moonbats want the constitution to evolve rather than to be interpreted as how the framers intended when it was ratified. That's just bullshit IMO, but there are at least four SCOTUS justices that would gladly go that route if they were able.

This is never going to see the light of day in a courtroom unless it's after punk Barry is out of office (you know the office he's usurped). There's a possibility that then if the politics allow that something might get done. But the nixo on that will be if one of these Republican fakes would happen to get elected and then all bets are off forever.
