Ok - i"m going to have to chalk paint something. This is adorable. Office furniture in your bedroom! I love it
I'm an old school girl and I adore the bottle-brush tree table.
Ok... i need a gallery wall stat. We have nothing on the walls. I love the mix of frames and other artwork for variety and texture. What do you use to hang stuff.... that removable 3M tape or nails/hangers?
Love this - it's help I do need. My question is this: when it comes to paint colors, what's the best way to pick a palette for your house? I tend to do varying shades of a single color and then get bored. But I don't want to feel like I live in a circus tent!
We have always had something going on to keep us away from the Garlic festival which is less than 2 miles from my house. We are GOING this year. I swear!
I made something like this to use a large outdoor planters at our old house. I used garbage-bag lined Zerox paper boxes as the mold. The were PERFECT on our front steps and cost next to nothing. I didn't use straight concrete, though because of the weight. Can't remember what I added in, though. I might need to make some more this year.
My tip - we went with Matilda when she was 10 months old - don't take a stroller. Strollers are terrible in Disney. It's crowded, people bump into it NON STOP and it's a total PITA to get around with it. Wear the little guy and make the older kids walk.
Cucumber-Pomegranate Gin & Tonics will be made in my house if it ever gets over 40 degrees here. Love that cart!
We did it all last year (my first every trip to PIB) and had such a great time. Going in fall was smart - takes the "i want to swim in the lake" factor out of it. Also, they have car seats for the golf carts! You just have to ask...not for an infant but for a smaller toddler it's great because they are strapped in so you don't have to worry about them leaping out of a moving cart :)
