Thank you. Obviously, I agree. I went through a tough time in my life where money was hard to come by - as was paying rent, so I had to learn how to work, become incredibly resourceful and I always realized that I was close to becoming homeless.
Luckily, my life totally turned around and I do what I can to help the homeless. I mean, when it comes down to it, we're all just people.

Really? I mean, REALLY? Lucky for you, you've never been broke.

That would be unconscionable! What is the crime? Are they going to find homes for these people? Or, is the plan to house them in jail? This makes me very angry!

This is so well done and absolutely stunning. Can't wait to show it to my out of state friends who have no idea how great it is here.

This is not enough. It's not even a beginning! Tokenism at best.

Our cops are among the most corrupt in the US. I hate that this sh*t keeps going on, rewarded...cops shooting unarmed citizens. How can anyone disagree with how wrong this is?
Until it happens to you or a member of your family, I guess a whole bunch of you will continue to think these mindless killings are ok.

I almost kind of agree with you and I don't trust our police force at all. But. maybe instead of killing a whole bunch of innocent people, they can finally put their anger, authority and sense of superiority to good use by attempting to get rid of the gangs in Portland. We're a beautiful passive city...not this 'death a day' city we've become.

Gosh, thanks. One thing I am not is a liar...nor do I want to continue this with someone who accuses me of lying.
Sometimes, those who lie, think all others are liars. Maybe that's the case with you.

As a matter of fact I just had my house built and there was about 50/50 in who was doing the building, although I think most were citizens. The products used were not made in America. That just wasn't thought of. That's why I think these builders, using US products and employees is so encouraging. If I could do it over again, of course I'd hire these people to build for me.

This is an uplifting and encouraging article and project yet everyone in this post has chosen to go negative.
This is awesome. If we kept this up we would not have an economic crisis and more Americans would be employed.
I applaud this effort!
