MY favorite cookies from Subway!!!!! Those look so good and I'm sad, here in Canada (well at least the part I'm at) we don't have Jiffy anything mix! It sucks because as a California girl, growing up in a "Southern like" home, corn bread was always around. I usually go across the border in Michigan and get a few dozen boxes, I'll have to try and talk the hubby into going with me soon so I can find the raspberry mix! Great recipe as always!!!
