Four isn't middle of the night for me, it's a slightly early start (I usually waker around five). However, when I do wake at stupid o'clock I find it best to get up, have a coffee and go online for a bit. Within the hour I am tired again and shortly after that, fast asleep.
Some people are just awkward, aren't we? :-) xx

Many thanks. I'm just at target and was looking for something that would help me keep an eye on things for a while.

You sound rather than a little stressed at the moment - hoping things calm down for you very soon.

In shop well for less a few weeks ago, they were talking about an insurange for young drivers where there was a monitor thingy in the car that measured speed and offered a much lower insurance cost for those who stayed within the speed limit. Might be worth following up.

Hi. If I may add to your comment about yogurt, I get through quite a lot as it works well with my Slimming World plans and it's brilliant. I just mix long life milk (from Aldi, so more frugal too) with a couple of tbsp of the last batch (per litre) and set it on the yogurt setting. Eight hours later, there's perfect yogurt, no need to scald, heat, whatever. I do it overnight so it doesn't tie up the pot.
I add it to my porridge, make overnight oats, use it instead of cream with fruit, etc, and add savoury stuff to it to make salad dressings and dips.
I've done your shredded chicken and the mushroom risotto and I agree, they are both awesome! I have also found a recipe for egg custard using stevia istead of sugar and that's lovely too. I'm so glad I got an IP!

Yes, dancing counts, as does being a bit more active generally - like walking to and from the shops, etc. A maintain is brilliant, really well done, Cassie.

Thanks very much for this. I've just bought an INstant Pot so it might very well be the first thing I make in it. :-)

Hestercombe Gardens is an absolutely beautiful place. All those walks and quirky pagodas. I love it.
