The PR firm behind Planned Parenthood is managed by a loyal Democrat progressive flack named Hilary Rosen. She basically wrote the Democratic National Convention's platform on abortion. Only someone of her status would have the boldness and power to beg media outlets to not view/review the videos and not report on them.

"Attack the messenger" is a typical reaction when you can't defend the actions/message of your cause/idol.
