Calling someone "Doctor" who is not would seem to be pretty crazy and/or dishonest on the DoC Director's part, no? And I would think you would need a doctor, or at least an EMT to pronounce death, right? Otherwise this would seem to be a pretty slipshod affair.

Here's a question: why are there not "pro-life" people protesting outside the houses of the "Doctors" who participate in executions?
Because if you are Doctor that helps purposely inject (eventually) lethal chemicals into a human, you are just a Death Technician.
