I'm interested in the feedback! I couldn't count not reading/giving feedback as non-support because my husband isn't a reader period. He reads his Bible and that's about as far as it goes and as far as giving feedback, it'd be like me trying to tell him he needs to make a key change while he's playing guitar or singing. Uh, I barely know what that is! So I don't think that's non supportive when he does so much other stuff to show that he does. :)

Both premises seem interesting. I'd like to know if they are real monsters or technology they think are monsters! :) Gleaning solid psychological advice today, Jeannie! For my characters that is. I'm totally put-together....lol!

Based on my real parents, I'd automatically go with God. "It's a mission field. Obviously, God has us here for a reason and you're seeing this because you need to intercede on our behalf...and you know as well as I do, if God put us here, He'll protect us." After they leave, I have a come-apart and whine to God then try to take my own advice and see it as future book fodder. Pretty sure that's exactly how'd it 'd go down. :) What a fun new series, Jeanne! My email is: jrpatch(at)yahoo(dot)com

I completely agree that meds are okay for Christians! A family member of mine felt like she wasn't trusting God to take care of her needs if she used her medication so she quit. And about a week later tried to take her life. Her chemicals were imbalanced and God USED the meds to even them out.

Christians say God sometimes heals through His divine hand and sometimes He uses doctors to help--through surgery, wisdom to diagnose etc...Same for chemical imbalances, in my opinion! :) Thanks for this post!

When my husband throws off my normal routine by being here, I kinda go a little mad. I usually just attribute it to me being selfish, but now I'll just say...it's normal for our psyche to break when schedules change and not apologize. (I'm kidding you know...sorta)

But seriously, I can relate. And summer isn't as bad as when my husband throws a "I'm going in later today" on me. :)
