I know exactly what you mean about getting distracted. Before I know it, the evening is gone and I haven't accomplished anything. I need to redo my list of things to do...maybe after a look at Pinterest.

It's so sad when someone loses the battle. I've loved and appreciated Robin Williams since he was Mork. It's shocking how quickly depression can weave it's way into people's lives. Keep fighting!!

It sounds like a fabulous place to workout and to make some new friends that will help with the inspiration. I'm doing circuit training with a local gym in my neighborhood and they also focus on relationships. It's been great!

The worst and best of times...it seems like there are two sides to most decisions. I'm so glad that your story has a happy ending after a horrible experience. I hope the military finally does something about the rape of women soldiers. You are a survivor!!

Hahaha! I know about getting up to pee...but I don't have a King sleeping next to me, just the dog and cat. Luckily, these days I can get back to sleep pretty quickly. :)
