Mmmm, need to figure out a way to replicate this without an oven. Looks so simple but delicious!

Ooo yes. I just tried roasted radishes for the first time earlier this year. They're amazing! Why isn't this more of a thing??

Wow I wouldn't even want to know what my stats would be. I'm also really trying to cut way back on sugar and grains but it's so hard. The good news is everything is a process. Don't worry too much about what happened in 90 days, but keep at it and see how your habits change over a couple of years!

Woah I had never heard that pickles suppress appetite. It makes sense though--recently, I got Korean pickled cucumber slices and would take one when I'm starving but trying to wait till later to eat dinner, and have been surprised at how I'd suddenly not be hungry after one or two slices!

Though I'm pretty sure I don't want to be a restaurant chef (one of the few things I know I don't want to do haha), didn't this book make you want to go to culinary school? It sounds so fun and I would love to elevate my cooking skills!

Mmm looks good. I hate that Spanish chorizo is so hard to find near me!! I usually have to substitute with salami or something similar

Sorry to hear, but it happens to the best of us! I think rather than force it, the best thing you can do is accept that for whatever reason, you don't want to do this right now. Inspiration will come back when the time is right.

Yes and no. My most memorable meals are when I went to good fancier restaurants (not all fancy restaurants are good, of course. But on the other hand, the foods I crave on a more day-to-day basis are simple comforts, especially those I relate with my childhood.
