HI! it's my first time here and I'm really interested about this post. superstitious or not, i think there are place talaga that seems unlucky. i notice this thing in the commercial street in our area. i think there are about 5 places i can point out that businesses come and go. and in contrast to common belief that corners/ intersections or tumbok are good places because they easily capture customers' attention, i think that's not true.

anyway, according from the business books that i read... it's really important to consider the place for your business. if you have to survey and sit down in whole day with your timer, do it. it is important to count the people steadily passing or going to that place. and if this people is your target market.
